Why is it I loose my patience or get frustrated wiht some pretty small stuff?  For example, the guy who waits to get his ATM card out and swipe it (usually takes 3 or four times), enter his pin, hit the “OK” button; all AFTER the clerk has scanned, totaled and bagged his groceries.
