24 for 24
OK, OK…I’m a 24 addict. Its my wife’s fault really. When I first heard about it, didn;t really appeal to me…seemed boring and sort of a weird premise–then I watched a couple of episodes for fun. Don’t really remember much after that. I woke up in the middle of a pile of Netflix jackets and several empty ice cream bowls all crusty and caked in the bottom. But, man, does this show rock!
So right now (we began in mid July) we’re in the middle of Season 5 and I had to take the “Which 24 character are you?” quiz and here’s my result:

Yep, we’re gearing up for Season 6 next week!! nnot sure when it starts but I know its soon. Actually, I sort of wanting to NOT watch it and wait for the DVD’s to come out so I don’t have to wait A WEEK for the next episode…sort of lame I admit, sad really me sitting in front of the black TV waiting….waiting….waiting….well you know.
My biggest problem now is deciding which is is my favorite program: 24, Lost or Heros…what do you think?

I do the whole DVD thing with Lost. I am a fan of 24 and love the show. When I call for pizza I give the name Jack Baurer. My wife has already had me put it on the series recording on the DVR. We are looking forward to it. Maybe we could all post our thoughts on it on Monday nights following the show, lol.

Yeah, great idea, I saw the promo a day or two ago…very interesting stuff. it seems JB gets deeper and deeper in his hole of isolation and darkness.
UPDATE: OK, I’m laughing out loud, hard…my wife just took the the “character” test and she came up as [I’ve been edited…but if you know my wife be sure to ask her]…oh, man it hurts to laugh this hard…she took the test again and it came up the same!!!!! Whoooo, this is too much…I’ve…. GOT….to….breath…….

It starts Sunday night…one hour on Sunday, then another hour on Monday…Steve is currently downstairs catching up on Day 5 so he’s ready for day 6 to start! We invited friends over for games last week not realizing that Sunday was the 24 premier…we might have to cancel…are we terrible friends?

Kerry got me into 24 too. We tevo them and then watch a bunch at a time. It’s our tv date.

I don’t think I could ever watch 24 week by week. It would about kill me. So seeing the series 5 DVD’s only came out in November, it looks like I’m going to be waiting til about then again for series 6. Bummer. I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait!
